If its not a massive amount of hassle could you try swapping the accounts round and seeing if it works? So if launcher A was used for account A before, try it with account B and vice versa. How exactly was it you created the second launcher and install? Any info will go a long way to helping us reproduce this issue, but also try and make sure we account for this type of setup in the future. Thanks for your continuing help!
